Provided turn-key concrete and masonry work to build a new cheese process facility. Buildings included cold storage area, production area, office building, wastewater treatment building, and all site concrete work. Concrete work included foundation, SOG, interior curbs, interior bollards & goal post, slab on metal deck and foundation/pads for all specialty equipment. Majority of this project was built during winter months in upstate New York, where we had to overcome the weather conditions to keep the project on schedule. This required pouring concrete and laying block in sub-freezing conditions.
