This 100,000 SF food process factory produces 10,000,000 pounds of smoked salmon per year. The project involved concrete foundations, foundation walls, freezer slabs, food process slabs, interior curbs, specialty equipment foundations, and site concrete. The masonry included integrally colored polished CMU, and structural load bearing CMU.
